Processing Times

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipment. During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer, but we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option delivers orders within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to various destinations. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight and are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact us at NuvioCareTeam@TryNuvio.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Items (In Transit)

If your order is lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery, please contact us at NuvioCareTeam@TryNuvio.co and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and assist with resolution.

Delivered Orders & Theft After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier and delivery confirmation is provided (including tracking, GPS, or photo confirmation), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Nuvio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or taken after confirmed delivery.

In certain situations, we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion. Shipping fees and delivery charges are non-refundable.
